Secession Art & Design Blog

Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

Mamahood: A Lifestyle Panel & Benefit

Tuesday, May 8, 6-8pm

Secession Art & Design is excited to host our first panel, featuring five moms that work and raise children in SF & the Bay Area. Their stories of love, passion, strategy, and resilience are empowering. Join us at this beautiful event to hear their stories.

This panel is free to attend. Mingle with panels and attendees 6:00-6:30pm. The talk begins promptly at 6:30pm.

This is a benefit for Maria Christina Campos, who is raising 5 children and is currently being evicted from her apartment that she has been in for 18 years. 15% of all sales that evening will go to helping this family, and we will be collecting donations.
