Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

Excited to welcome you back

Secession Art & Design is open for in-store shopping by appointment starting this week. I'm excited to welcome you back into the gallery and boutique to see our curated collection from over 70+ makers. Our store has been closed for more than 3 months as a nonessential business. I am thankful to all of you for keeping my spirits up and continuing to shop online. I look forward to saying hello in person and helping you with a Father's Day gift. 

The good news is that instead of having set open hours, I invite you to make an appointment to come in for a 30-minute shopping session. I'll have hours available seven days a week. Everyone will be required to wear a mask. I will be following all city health requirements to wipe down high-touch surfaces, steam-clean clothing that has been tried on, and make sure you feel safe while experiencing Secession.
