Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

Thank you to all you who have bought art and helped Secession Art & Design weather the storm of the pandemic. Every time I sell a painting, it is with a sigh of relief that an artist will get a paycheck and our gallery rent will get paid. Seeing the photos of happy clients and art hanging in your homes warms my heart.

This is the last weekend to see our current art show Spontaneity, featuring dk haas, Hilary Williams, and Jun Yang. Now that we spend so much time at home, art is a wonderful way to lift your spirits. You can shop this curation online or schedule a 30-minute private appointment to see it in person.
