Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

We're now open Wednesday-Sunday 12-6pm


Secession Art & Design is now open five days a week! Now you can pop in during the week or the weekend to see our collection of art, clothing, and jewelry made by 70+ independent artists and designers.

To kick it off, on Wednesday we will celebrate our new show with artist Jenny Feinberg, 5-8pm. On Thursday, we are teaming up with Bernal Heights Cinema for a popup, co-presented with the Bay Area Video Coalition's Next Gen and The Factory filmmakers. There will be a specially-curated line-up of short animation, narratives, art, experimental and music videos. Space is limited, so please RSVP for this event.
