Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

 

Virtual art opening tonight! Friday, Feb 5 6-7pm

Secession Art & Design's new show, break open, features Silvi Alcivar, Dianne Hoffman, and J. L. King, three Bay Area women artists who communicate the unsaid through their art. This curation reflects emotion, strength, beauty, and the hunger to create and to feel human connection.

If you would like to see the art in person, I will be holding rare open hours on Saturday from 12 to 5pm, or you can make an appointment seven days a week for a 30- minute private viewing.
