Secession Art & Design Blog

Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

City & Nature art show ends this weekend

We're open Thursday-Sunday 12-6pm

Secession Art & Design's current show with Alan Mazzetti, Amos Goldbaum, Hilary Williams, and Jaya King features a playful dichotomy between city and nature. California is an amazing place, where within one day you could have brunch at a favorite restaurant, take a short drive to the ocean and redwoods, and drive back to the city for dinner and drinks. This show is a visual reminder of all these special moments in life when you feel that spark and appreciate both urban and natural beauty.

Stop by this weekend to see and shop this collection before the exhibition ends on Saturday, January 29.

See you soon, Eden
