Secession Art & Design opened our Bernal Heights location in August of 2007, and has since grown to represent over 50 independent artists and designers. Our retail location is a gallery, boutique, and workspace combined, creating an untraditional storefront that allows customers to experience curated shows by owner, Eden Stein, and see the process of art being made in-house by Heather Robinson.

 

Winter Art! ❄️

As the curator of Secession Art & Design, I am drawn to art that reflects the season for our SF Gift Art Pop-Up. Winter is a playful time to paint rain or snow and explore how the light changes the landscape. Winter trees have so much personality.

Four of our artists dive into this time of year, creating art that is full of mood and texture. These moments in time are good reminders to slow down, reflect, and enjoy the warmth of artful homes.
