Continuum: Heather Robinson, Ytaelena Lopez and /eE.l.os/

Secession Art & Design's 13th Anniversary show, continuum, features work by in-house artist Heather Robinson, collaborative /eE.l.os/ and Ytaelena Lopez. Together this exhibition shows art in the time of social distancing, political unrest, and those sweet and thought-provoking moments in all the chaos. Heather's bright colors, textures, and patterns are geometric happiness that brings joy to the home. /eE.l.os/ is a collaboration between  Andreina Davila and Ytaelena Lopez, who beautifully show the emotions of the animal world. Ytalaena's own art captures vignettes from Black Lives Matters protests and her experiences with protest in Venezuela.

Thank you for thirteen years of curating shows. I still feel the passion each time I watch artists work their magic in their studios, hang their art on the wall, and step back to see it all come together. You can shop this collection online or make an appointment this weekend to see in person.
